TipTop Catering is run by Matthew Reade, our head chef. With over 20 years experience in the catering and food industry. Matthew knows exactly how to give you a professional and great tasting experience.

"I have worked for many esatblishments over the years, honing my skills and developing my pallette. Some particular standout appointments have been with Loch Fyne fish restaurants, sous chef and head chef positions at Rosette level restaurants and more recently working at the 5* Chancery Court hotel during the Olympic Games.

I have also enjoyed working for various Ski companies around Europe in both larger hotels and more intimate family chalets"
